Antiaging skin care is a very popular concept in today’s world. Today everyone wants to hide their age using antiaging skin care procedures (and a number of people are successful too). However antiaging skin care is not achieved by any magic potion. Antiaging skin care is about discipline. It is about being proactive. Antiaging skin care is retarding the ageing process. Here are a few tips for proactive antiaging skin care:
1. Maintain healthy eating habits: A well balanced diet is the key to maintaining a proper body metabolism. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (raw), they are the best source of fibre and have a very refreshing effect on your body. Avoid oily and fatty food; not only do they lack in essential nutrients but also cause obesity and other diseases which aid the aging process
2. Beat stress: This is probably the most important antiaging skin care measure. Stress disturbs the body metabolism and accelerates the aging process. Sleep, exercise and a relaxing bath, are all good ways of beating stress. Aroma-therapy is also known to bust stress.
3. Drink a lot of water: Antiaging skin care can’t be any simpler than this. Water helps in flushing out the toxins from the body, hence keeping it clean and making it less prone to disease. Around 8 glasses of water (per day) is recommended by all doctors.
4. Regular exercise: is a wonderful antiaging skin care procedure. Besides toning your muscles, it also helps in cleaning the skin by flushing out the toxins in the form of sweat. Exercise should be followed by a warm shower in order to completely remove the toxins.
5. Avoid the use of strong, chemical based products on your skin: Natural skin care products are a good option. Use of organic skin care products (home made or commercial) can be a very effective antiaging skin care measure.
6. Do not overuse skin care products: Excessive and harsh application, both are harmful.
7. Do not ignore skin disorders: it can lead to permanent skin damage. Try over the counter medication and if that doesn’t help, immediately visit your dermatologist and seek his/her advice.
8. Vitamin C: based skin care products are very popular means of antiaging skin care. However, these seem to oxidise very quickly (which makes them harmful for the skin). So store them properly. If the product turns Yellowish brown, it means that vitamin c has oxidised and the prodct is no longer suitable for use.
9. Protect your skin against UV radiation : UV rays are known to speed up the aging process. So, a good sunscreen lotion should be a part of your antiaging skin care routine.

Tips for make up and skin care
‘Make up and skin care’ is generally regarded as women’s forte. Men seldom indulge in ‘Make up and skin care’. Many men do care for their skin but make up is really alien to most men. Treating make up and skin care as different topics wouldn’t make sense; after all, make up will work only if the skin is healthy. So how do you exercise make up and skin care, together? Here are some tips for make up and skin care:
* Always have skin care on mind, whether you are buying products for make up or actually applying them onto your skin after you have bought them. So what you are buying is a ‘make up and skin care’ product, not just a make up product. Check the ingredients to see if it contains things that you might be allergic to. Also check if it contains high concentration chemicals that can harm your skin.
* ‘Make up and skin care’ is also about testing the products before using them. So, apply the make up on a small patch of skin e.g. earlobes and check how your skin reacts to it.
* Keep track of expiry date on your make up products and never use them beyond the expiry date. In fact some products (e.g. vitamin C based products), if not stored properly, get spoilt much earlier than the expiry date.
* Cleanliness is an important part of make up and skin care procedure. Sharpen your eye-liners regularly and keep all your makeup equipment clean at all times. You might fix a date, each month, for overhauling of your equipment. As part of cleanliness, your make up and skin care procedure should also include keeping your hair clean at all times.
* Nail care is another important aspect of make up and skin care. Use a good quality nail polish and always keep your nails clean. Once you are done with cleaning and polishing your nails, you should rub in cuticle oil at the edges of the nail.
* If you have deep-set eyes, you should use a liquid eye liner instead of a pencil one. This will prevent smudging at the deep edges of your eye-lid.
* If you have a skin disorder e.g. acne, you should not apply heavy or chemical based make up. Consult your dermatologist if you are not sure about the make up products that you can use while you have acne or other skin disorder. Never try to squeeze pimples/ acne. Remember that make up and skin care should not conflict each other.
* Use a mild make up remover (instead of just washing it away).
* Another important ‘make up and skin care’ procedure is the following golden rule: “Never sleep with your make up on”
* While applying a deodorant, make sure that you maintain the recommended distance between the nozzle and your skin (as mentioned on the deodorant pack).
So, make up and skin care should always go hand in hand. Do not try to treat make up and skin care differently.

What Are Wrinkles?
There are physical signs that show that a person is aging. A man for instance may lose hair or slowly change to grey. Our skin shows signs as well and to understand it, we have to know what wrinkles are.
The skin is made up of 3 layers namely the epidermis, the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The outer layer namely the epidermis becomes thinner and less sticky as we age. This in turn causes dryness and as this decreases by 10% per decade, it takes more time for the skin to repair itself.
This also affects the dermis because less collagen is produced and the elastic fibers which provide us with elasticity also wears out which is why our skin also sags. We don’t sweat that much as before as there is a decrease as well in the number of sweat glands.
Now that we know where it can happen, we can describe what wrinkles are simply as ridges or creases on a surface.
But is aging the only cause of wrinkles? The answer is no. Studies have shown that exposure to ultraviolet light, UVA or UVB accounts for 90% of skin aging. This varies depending on race because of the person’s pigment protection.
A few other studies have shown that wrinkles can also be caused by environmental factors. Examples of these include cigarette smoking and pollution as this may hasten aging by producing oxygen free radicals. These are particles produced by many of the body’s chemical processes and when it is produced in excessive amounts, it can damage cell membranes causing not only wrinkle but other skin disorders as well.
Rapid weight loss may also cause wrinkles since you reduce the volume of fat cells that cushion around the face that will make the skin sag.
Now that we know what causes wrinkles, can it be treated? The answer is yes. Some dermatologists recommend retinoic acid which is applied to the skin to fill in the crevices. There are also things people can take such as topical creams and ointments to peel off the top layers of the skin, dermabrasion which is a procedure to sand the top layer of the skin, injecting collagen or botulinum under the skin and laser surgery.
Can anyone pursue any of the treatments mentioned? The answer is no. This depends on the patient’s age. Whichever you choose, you should ask the dermatologist how effective is the procedure, is it safe, possible complications and the experience of the professional.
In some cases, a combination of these procedures is necessary. The best part is knowing that this causes uniform destruction and shedding of the old damaged superficial skin cells so the healthier deeper cells will take their place on the surface.
There is not much that people can do to prevent wrinkles because this is normal as we age. But we can slow it down by staying indoors between 10 am to 4 pm when the sun is the hottest and washing the face with a mild non-soap cleanser. The skin should be patted dry and lubricated at once with a water based moisturizer ideally SPF30 filter to prevent further dehydration.
Now that you know what wrinkles are, we can take steps to delay it from happening or just accept it for what it is. After all, aging is a fact of life all of us will one day face.

Make Up
Many women use make up everyday. Most will use make up during special occasions? If you are completely covering your face in make up or simply wearing some lipstick and eyeliner, it is important to use products that are safe for your skin. You should know that there are major cosmetic companies that make products made with chemicals that are harmful to your face. Learning how you can take out the dangerous products and use only good ones is important for your health.
You may wander way companies would use something dangerous in their products. It is simple, businesses have one goal and that is to make money. Cosmetic ingredients that are not safe are usually cheaper than the alternative make up that is being produced. Harmful ingredients are going to create a better-looking product in some cases. They do not tell you that after using the beautiful colors of eye shadow, your face may break out!
There are however, many companies realize that their customers are becoming smarter and want to know about their products before they use them. Our facial skin is very sensitive and it is very important to use the best products that you can. If you are looking for inexpensive or high end products, there are cosmetics, moisturizers, toners, and many other items that are going to be available out there for you so that you are not risking harmful consequences.
Some of the common dangerous ingredients to look out for when purchasing these items for your face are Methyl, Propyl, Butyl, and Ethyl. These are very well known toxins and can cause allergic reaction in many people. These chemicals are extremely cheap and are often used to kill bacterial growth in your products. Many companies are using them.
You should also be careful of Propylene Glycol and DMDM Hydrantion. These products are used in anti-freeze! Many of these products have been linked to abnormal kidney and liver function and can actually cause permanent damage to your organs.
You need to be very careful of what you put on your lips too. Most of the synthetic colors like C Yellow 6 can be dangerous to your skin and your body and when you put this chemical on your lips, you are eating poison to say the least. One time may not affect you, but after wearing the lipstick for a long period of time, you can start to feel the results. It is like smoking cigarettes on a regular basis.
So that you are safe, you should ask your dermatologist or doctor to recommend about what kinds of products to use. You need to be sure that your products are safe so that you can be safe and healthy. The healthier your skin is the younger you will look and you will be happier too.

Treatment for skin wrinkles
With the advancement and progress in the technology of health and wellness, there are a myriad choice of treatment for skin wrinkles.
Whether it be topical, cosmetic or surgical, there is a broad range of treatments available in the market from just reducing wrinkles to totally eradicating its presence, which would ultimately require surgical treatment.
Here is a list of cosmetic treatments, both medical and surgical, including topical medicines and creams that are available in the market.
Vitamin A Acid- also known as tretinoin, with common brand names like Retin- A and Renova, are among the most common ingredients for wrinkle treatment.
This ingredient, available by prescription, has the longest success record in the treatment of aging skin and removing fine lines, especially in the facial area.
Creams and lotions containing tretinoin must be used continually and diligently.
Initial symptoms may cause redness and peeling, however, the discomfort of the side effects may be reduced my lowering the concentration of the ingredient with the base cream and applying it less often until the skin has adjusted to it.
Alpha-hydroxy acids, also termed as ‘fruit acids’, include active ingredients like glycolic and lactic acid.
Medical preparations containing these fruit acids are safer alternatives and cause very little or no skin irritation at all, however, effects are not as significant, though.
Antioxidants- these are basically topical preparations that contain vitamins like A, C and E, as well as beta-carotene. These are commonly coupled with sun protection and provide mild treatment for fine wrinkles.
There are also ordinary moisturizers that claim to reduce wrinkles, however, moisturizers that do not contain any of these topical ingredients or substances can only mask or hide wrinkles temporarily and only reduce the appearance of fine lines.
There are also cosmetic procedures readily available in the market, usually offered by dermatological experts or medical practitioners.
Glycolic acid peels- Although this form of treatment involves hands-on application, these superficial peels can only make slight effects in the intensity and degree of fine wrinkles.
Deeper peels- This skin peel process involves the use of chemical substances like salicylic acid and trichloroacetic acid that penetrates deeper into the skin.
It is believed that the deeper the treatment penetrates into the skin, the more effective it gets in smoothing out the fine lines of wrinkles, however, the deeper the peel, the greater risk of having side effects, among them, long-lasting pigment changes or changes in the color of the skin and scarring.
These peels generally do not require anesthetics, however, patients can request for mild sedation to help ease short-term but painful treatment process.
Microdermabrasion- this process primarily involves ‘scrubbing the skin’ using a machine containing silica or aluminum crystals that is being used to ‘sand’ the skin.
These services are often offered in packages of six to seven treatment sessions and does not change skin anatomy or generally have chemically-adverse effects, but does guarantee to make skin feel smoother.
Over the counter cosmetic products that are being sold as ‘home microdermabrasion’ are just mild exfoliants and are generally harmless but are less likely to produce significant, sometimes barely noticeable, changes in wrinkles.
Dermabrasion – this is the real surgical process usually performed by medical practitioners, mostly plastic surgeons or licensed dermatology practitioners, under general anesthesia.
This surgical treatment involves the deft hands and skill of the treating physician, using a rotating instrument to sand the skin down.
Dermabrasion can produce excellent results, however, a greater risk is involved in the process, since it can produce significant side effects like scarring and permanent changes in skin color.
With the many treatments for skin wrinkles, people now have several choices as to which one to choose should they decide to choose the right treatment that would suit them.

All About Dry Skin
Sometimes skin has a low level of sebum, which is the natural oil that is produced by skin glands. It is called dry skin and it cannot hold moisture and will look parched and feel tight when washed and in some extreme times, it can show some signs of chapping and cracking. The wind and very high or low temperatures can steal the natural moisture and make the skin feel tight across the bones. Dry skin can cause embarrassing flakes and any mark or dry skin will be very dull and show up on cheeks and near the eyes. You may also find dry skin on the knees, hands and in the mid section.
The most common cause of dry skin is the lack of sufficient moisture from sebum. In some cases, this can be due to genetic conditions. There are also environmental causes like exposure to sun, cold, cosmetics, chemicals, and wind can cause dry skin too. Other reasons can be poor diet. A diet that is deficient in vitamin A and B is more likely to take away the skin’s moisture. Skin diseases like dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, or seborrhea are causes of dry skin. It can be a result also of other conditions like diabetes and hypothyroidism and the use of certain drugs like diuretics, antispasmodics, and antihistamines.
Dry skin is also going to need a lot of easy cleansing, massage to stimulate the sebum production and a lot of quality in moisture and oil. When you are washing your skin with soap it will take out the natural protective oil along with the dirt. Use of a good moisturizer will return lost water content to the skin. You can use neutral not acidic or alkaline products for washing the skin and abstain from using commercial soaps. After the second cleansing you need to treat the skin lightly with moisturizing cream.
Once you have taken a bath or shower, you can apply baby oil over the skin. The area that is around the eyes needs to have a bigger application of the oil. You can also massage your face and apply some homemade remedies that are suggested by a doctor.
Every morning you should treat your skin with a spray of mineral water. You should then apply some beauty mask for dry skin and mix together one egg, teaspoon of honey, half teaspoon of olive oil and a couple drops of rose water. This makes a great mask to use on your face and body.
Eating a good balanced diet that is loaded with vitamins and minerals is a great idea. You should include some sulfur containing foods like onion, garlic, asparagus, and eggs as part of your diet. You can eat more carrots and yellow and orange vegetables. You should refrain from alcohol, caffeine, coffee, tea, and sugary drinks. Other items to limit are French fries, and other junk food that are high in grease or fat. This will help to keep your skin healthy and stop it from drying out.

You can eat more carrots and yellow and orange vegetables. You should refrain from alcohol, caffeine, coffee, tea, and sugary drinks. Other items to limit are French fries, and other junk food that are high in grease or fat. This will help to keep your skin healthy and stop it from drying out.

Wrinkle Cream Really Can Make a Difference
by Nigel James
During our lifetime, we can either sit back and accept the fact that the aging process will take its' course, or we can put up a fight, and do something proactive. When we take a look at our options, one of our first remedies should always be wrinkle cream.Research shows that there are hundreds on the market, so how do we go about deciding which one has the best benefits for our purpose.
People have to realise that most will have some effect or other on those imposing wrinkles. Some of them will achieve good results while others will fail to make any improvement at all.Unfortunately, the only way to find a product suitable for you, is to do your research.Even then this is difficult, as some products work for some people but do absolutely nothing for others.
Doing your research will allow you to look for a few small samples that you can try, from what is on offer.Going online to do this research is a good starting place, but have a plan to work with, as the vast amount of information available can make it a daunting task.Choose some products that would suit a person with a skin type that matches that of your own, then some some and experiment.
When you enter the experimentation phase, you'll begin to find out why the process is so critical and can actually be both frustrating and rewarding. Some of your test products will totally fail, others will seem to work and then not so much. Only after going through this process can you identify the wrinkle cream that seems to work best for you. After you have identified the product, or products, that seem to work for you, it is important that you remain committed to the process.
You have to be disciplined enough to understand that this skin care plan needs your attention every day.No more so, than with wrinkle cream, it needs daily application, sometimes twice daily, morning and evening.
If you want results from your wrinkle cream you must accept that it isn't going to work if you use it once in a while. Friday night is not the time to address the issue. Every day, it has to be a part of your daily regimen, like brushing your teeth. Stick to your plan and you will see results over time.
If you're not getting the results you desire, be prepared to make any changes necessary along the way, to achieve the results you crave for.Remaining loyal is great, but only if the benefits are forthcoming.Should no further improvement become apparent, you may need to change direction, and move on to the next product and begin testing it.
Nevertheless, if you are benefiting from using a product, then don't be tempted to change it.It's taken you time and money to find a winner, now persevere and keep using it.

Good Skin Care Is Important From An Early Age
Most of us don't consider our skin as an organ, but it our largest visible organ and it has many functions. The skin protects against diseases and infections, regulates our body temperature, and performs metabolic functions. Skin contains millions of nerve endings which enable us to feel pain, cold, heat and touch. It also constantly renews itself by shedding the top layer, allowing new skin to appear. You should practice good skin care to protect this vital organ.
The type of skin you have is determined by the genes which you have inherited from your parents. You may have fair and sensitive skin, or your skin may be dark and unblemished. It is important to know your skin type in order to care for it correctly.
There are four skin types in the different skin color ranges - oily, dry and sensitive, or a combination of all. If your skin is dehydrated and lacking in moisture, it is considered dry. Dry skin has very little elasticity and may be sensitive to sun and wind.
Treat dry skin carefully by using specialized products designed for this type of skin. Never over-wash dry skin, and avoid oil-stripping soaps and cleansers. Use a nourishing moisturizer and apply frequently. Whenever you go outside wear a sunscreen with a high SP factor, and wear a hat.
If you have inherited oily skin, you will need to clean it with products that have anti-bacterial properties. This will help control the oiliness which causes blackheads and pimples. Wash your skin gently 3 times daily and use an oil-free moisturizer to prevent further breakouts.
Sensitive skin can be difficult to care for as it can flare up suddenly and become tender and sore. Avoid cleansers or toners that contain alcohol because these will further irritate sensitive skin. Use cleansers and lotions with calming natural ingredients that are free of irritants. Consult a dermatologist who can recommend the correct products for your skin.

Combination skin is exactly what it says - a combination of dry and oily skin. Your face will show an oily center on the forehead, nose and chin, with dryness on the cheeks and around the eyes. This type of skin is very common and it should be treated as if it were two different types of skin.
Remember that your skin is a living, breathing organ of your body. It must also be cared for from the inside. If your diet is lacking in nutrients, this will show on your skin. You need to make sure you drink enough water to keep your skin hydrated. You should also have adequate sleep every day.
Learning how to take care of your skin can be very beneficial to you. (http://www.glamour4u.com) Bustier In conclusion, learning ways to take care of your entire body is beneficial to you. It can make urinating and defecating very painful for your child.

How to Find and Buy Affordable Beauty Products
Are you in need of beauty products? If you are interested in improving your appearance, beauty wise, you may be. If really haven’t placed much of a focus on your appearance, beauty wise, in the past, you may be a little bit surprised when you start shopping for beauty product and supplies. Unfortunately, that surprise will not always be a good one. You will likely find that many, in fact a large number of, beauty products are expensive. In fact, some may be so expensive that you may just want to turn around and walkout of the store and forever give up your quest to look “beautiful,” but you don’t have to. There are a number of different ways that you can go about finding affordable beauty products.
One of the easiest ways to find affordable beauty products is by visiting a retail store, like a beauty supply store, a fashion store, or a department store. What you will want to do is visit the store’s clearance or markdown sections. Most retailers, including beauty supply stores, have a clearance section that contains marked down beauty products. Most of the time, there is nothing wrong the products that are being discounted. When it comes to storefront stores, many retailers are limited on space; therefore, they regularly try to move out older products to make room for new ones. This common retail practice may be able to save you a considerable amount of money on beauty products.
In addition to having a clearance section or a markdown section, many retailers, including beauty supply stores, also regularly have sales. In fact, most retailers have large storewide sales once a week or so. If you are able to find a good store sale on beauty products, you may be able to save yourself a decent amount of money. It is common to find retailers that give you a percentage discount off of your order or a certain item. You may also see offers that are like buy one get one free or buy one get one half off. You should always try to check your local stores to see if they are having any sales and also check your newspapers for store sale fliers or inserts.
Although shopping at a local beauty supply store or another retailer is nice, you may also want to think about buying beauty products online. What is nice about buying beauty products online is that you often have hundreds of retailers to choose from. That actually translates into an unlimited number of beauty products for sale. Also, with the internet, you can easily compare prices and products, making it easier to find affordably priced beauty products. You will also be able to find beauty products for sale on online auction websites. Of course, you can make your purchases from there, if you want, but you need to review the person who you will be doing business with, like their feedback. Buying health and beauty products from someone who you don’t know is risky, as you can never be too sure about contaminations and such.
In addition to using the internet to find beauty products for sale online, you may also want to use the internet to find moneysaving coupons. It is common to find money saving coupons for certain products or certain retail sores. If you have a nearby beauty supply store and that store has an online website, you may want to see if they have any coupons for you to print off. You will also want to check the online websites of your favorite product manufacturers for the same. It may also be good idea to pick a copy of your local Sunday paper, as many Sunday papers are full of coupons, some of which may be for beauty products, like makeup, skincare products, and hair care products.
As you can see, there are a number of different ways that you can go about finding and buying affordably priced beauty products. Looking great or “beautiful,” may be important to you, but it isn’t something that should leave you broke.

Beauty Salon Spas: Why You Should Visit One
Have you ever heard of a beauty salon spa before? Although you might have, you want to be sure not to confuse beauty salons with beauty salon spas. Yes, they are quite similar and alike in many ways, but there is a difference between a traditional beauty salon and a beauty salon spa. For that reason, if you have yet to try a beauty salon spa, you may want to think about doing so.
When it comes to visiting a beauty salon spa, many individuals wonder exactly why they should do so. As previously mentioned, traditional beauty salons and beauty salon spas are not the same, despite the fact that many people actually think that they are. Therefore, you should think about visiting a beauty salon spa just for the point of trying something new. In all honesty, it is something that you will likely remember for years to come.
One of the reasons why a beauty salon spa visit will likely be a memorable one for you is because of the services that you have access to. When examining the services that could be provided to you, it is important to remember that not all beauty salon spas are the same. For that reason, if you are looking for a particular service, like a spray on tan, you may want to think about contacting your local beauty salon spa ahead of time to first make sure that they do offer spray on tans.
Despite the possibility of various services being offered, there are many services that are offered by most beauty salon spas. As a reminder, beauty salon spas are similar to traditional beauty salons, even though there are a few differences. In terms of the similarities, you will find that beauty salon spas regularly offer common treatments like hair care, such as hair trimming and hair coloring. Nail care, tanning, and makeup applications are also commonly offered at most beauty salon spas.
As for the difference between a beauty salon spa and a traditional beauty salon, it is the spa setting. Spas are known for their peaceful surroundings. Some beauty salons are too, but many are focused more on seeing as many customers as possible, as opposed to making everyone feel like they could stay all day. In addition to the spa-like settings, you will also find that many spa treatments are offered at many beauty salon spas. For instance, you may be able to undergo acupuncture, get a massage, or even get a body wrap. Additional spa treatment may also be available, but it tends to depend on the beauty salon spa in question.
Although not always common, you may find beauty salon spas that offer cosmetic procedures. Each year, more beauty salon spas are making the decision to offer these types of procedures. A number of beauty salon spas are now starting to offer BoTox injections, laser hair removal, and so forth.
As a reminder, the above mentioned beauty salon spa services are just a few of the many that you may find available at your local spa, but there are no guarantees. Since different beauty salon spas are operated in different ways, you may want to think about contacting your local beauty salon spa for additional information, particularly before making any appointments. This will help make it easier for you to find the beauty salon spa that can best fit you and all of your needs.

Anti aging skin care

One of the most interesting topics on skin care is anti aging skin care. As one gets older, the natural defence of our skin (and in fact of the whole body) weakens. Anti aging skin care is about protecting your skin from the negative effects of aging process. Anti aging skin care helps in maintaining a young and fresh look for a longer period of time.
However, anti aging skin care doesn’t end just here. Besides maintaining your looks (good looks), ‘anti aging skin care’ is also about retaining the resistance to disease. Though the awareness about anti aging has increased over a period of time, still a lot of people are unable to recognize the aging symptoms (and hence are unable to determine if they are in need of additional anti aging skin care measures).
Here is a list of visible anti aging symptoms that will help you in the planning and execution of your strategy for anti aging skin care: baldness, forgetfulness, graying hair, wrinkle formation, loss of eyesight or hearing loss and menopause. The occurrence of one or more such symptoms is an indicator for upping the ante on anti aging skin care.
Note that we are talking about introduction of additional measures for anti aging skin care, we are not talking about starting ‘anti aging skin care’ altogether. ‘Anti aging skin care’ actually starts much before the symptoms of anti aging appear. Serious anti aging skin care is building and following a proper skin care routine much earlier in life (say in your teens).
Anti aging skin care doesn’t mean adoption of any special skin care procedure but just following a normal procedure in the right earnest. Eating a lot of fruits, avoiding stress, drinking a lot of water and using natural therapies can delay the aging process.
Once the signs of aging start showing up, you should start using some additional measures in the form of anti aging skin care products. The market is full of anti aging skin care products. In fact there are so many anti aging skin care products that they will probably find you even before you find them. Also, with age, the skin undergoes significant change.
So you will need to analyse your current skin care procedure to check if it still holds good i.e. if it is still suitable for your skin.
You should remember that aging is a natural process and there is nothing that can stop it from happening. All these anti aging skin measures can just help in delaying the aging process.

How To Traet Blushing of The Face
by Joe Emerson
A lot of people who have to endure unreasonable blushing would love to discover a facial blushing treatment that actually works. Even though there isn't a cure for excessive blushing quite yet, there are some productive things that you can do to conquer blushing and maintain your normal lifestyle. The very first facial blushing treatment is pretty easy to do. All you have to do is drink a lot of water.
A lot of people will blush because they get overheated and the blood vessels that are in their faces will dilate. If you drink plenty of water, your body will stay cool and keep hydrated. This will not only help your face from becoming red, but will stop your blood vessels from dilating. Another blushing cure that may work well for you is hypnotherapy. This will let your mind take control of how your body reacts to certain situations in a calm manner. As you start to gain more control of your body, the blushing will decrease because of your being more comfortable in situations you would regularly blush excessively in.
You confidence will also rise as you begin to gain more control over the way your body reacts. Two leading things that will cause you to blush more are smoking and caffeine. If you smoke or drink beverages with caffeine in them, you should drop these habits from your daily routine. Each of these things will make you dehydrated, which will result in you to blushing more.
If you start to drink more water it will help keep your body hydrated, if you still smoke and drink beverages with caffeine, you will undo everything that the water was helping with.

Makeup Trend 2007

*This year it’s all about super-glossy skin and not too ‘’done’’ makeup. There is a darkness to this season’s fashion and beauty, from blood-red lips to distressed black eyeliner makeup.
BLUSH
The blush is essential for this year makeup. It will complement both your skin tone and the foundation type. Applying blush in natural tones is the easiest way to get a healthy and beautiful look makeup. Apply a light layer of blush to the apples of the cheeks and blend up back toward the hair line. Don’t apply too much blush otherwise it will look like a mask on your face.
LASHES
The volume lashes have always been fashionable and that’s the way it is and this season. The first thing you should do in order to achieve extreme volume is to curl the makeup lashes. Sweep the mascara, starting as close to the root of the lash as possible to create a dramatically full and even effect. Use combs to get rid of clumps and separate lashes. It’s best to use waterproof mascara, it will stay longer and won’t fade.
GLOSSY LIPS
Choose a lip gloss makeup in a shade that harmonizes nicely with the other colors. Concentrate the color on the centre of the lips to give the impression that you are very slightly flushed. Apply a high-shine lip-gloss with light-reflecting shimmer.
EYE LINER
Apply eye liner makeup in a tone that complements the shadows you will be using. Pastels work on all eye colors, giving blues and greens a fairytale feeling and darker irises quirkiness. Remember to choose kohl that melts onto the skin. Smear the kohl along the upper lash line, as well as the lower lashes, blurring it further with a sponge applicator. Always curl your top lashes before applying the eyeliner on the lower lash line, or it will smudge.
NATURAL EYESHADOWS
Choose natural eyeshadows makeup in a light, shimmering shade that makes your eyes more sparkle. Apply the eyeshadows all over your eyes, beginning at the lashline and working up just above the crease. Remember the light shades bring out the eyes and the darker shades give dimension to the eyes. The most fashionable color this year is the blue. Combined with eyeshadows of pink shade it will make you look like a doll. Mixing and matching neutral shades found in compacts is the key to achieve the best look.
EYEBROWS
Natural eyebrows makeupThin eyebrows are out moded. The natural eyebrows that is medium to thick and that requires minimal hair removal will look best for this season. The natural shape of the brows is the perfect for you. Don’t change the shape of the eyebrows, unless you really have to.

Cocoa Butter Dry Skin Complex(homemade)

This thick, rich "complex" for dry skin is made with lots of cocoa butter and other oils designed to aid dry skin. While it is liquid at room temperature, it is rather thick and requires shaking a little before using. I used unscented cocoa butter so I could add essential oils and not have to worry about a chocolate aroma, but you can use scented cocoa butter just as well if you like the aroma of chocolate. If you use unscented cocoa butter, you will enjoy the blend of essential oils ... a fresh, clean and soothing combination.
Yield: Approx. 2.5 ounces
Ingredients:
20 grams cocoa butter (I used unscented)
18 grams sesame oil
18 grams extra virgin olive oil
18 grams avocado oil
1 drop clary sage essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop rose essential oil
1 drop geranium essential oil
Blending Procedure:
Place cocoa butter, sesame oil, olive oil and avocado oil in a heat proof (I use Pyrex) measuring cup, and place the cup in a saucepan of boiling water. Once the cocoa butter is nearly melted, remove the mixture from heat and stir with a clean spoon or pop sickle stick to mix well.
Make sure the cocoa butter is completely melted and mixed in. Add the essential oils next and stir well to incorporate.
Pour the mixture into a glass bottle with a dropper top and dispense a little at a time to soothe and protect dry skin.
In cooler climates, this Cocoa Butter Dry Skin Complex could harden a bit. If this happens, just warm it under warm water before using or store it in a sunny window to keep it pourable. Enjoy!!

HOMEMADE FACIAL MASKS
THREE CHOICES
*Depending on your skin type, here are some great masks to try. For oily skin use some plain Milk of Magnesia, rub it on and let dry, then rinse with lukewarm water. It absorbs oil wonderfully!

*For Normal/combination skin mix one egg and 1/2 cup cooked instant oatmeal and a teaspoon olive oil until smooth. Spread on your face and leave 15 min then rinse.

*For dry skin, mix one egg yolk, one teaspoon honey and a teaspoon olive oil and some vitamin E oil if you have it. Smooth on and leave on for 15 min. , rinse in lukewarm water and pat dry. If your skin is a bit dry you can put a dab or two of either olive oil, or any other light oil, or plain crisco if you want something heavier, on your moist skin after washing or a mask and your face is set without the $$ some people spend for the same look.

HONEY FOR BEST FACIAL
The best facial mask that i have found is honey. Use warm cloth to open pores, smear on honey, leave on 15 to 30 minutes, rinse off with warm water, and then use cold water to close pores. Use for 3 days in a row and then once a week. Sometimes I mix a little gound oatmeal with the honey, which makes a great mask.

EXFOLIATING MASK
For an easy exfoliating mask, mix three tablespoons olive oil or any good oil and one tablespoon kosher salt mix and gently rub into dry skin. Do not use around eye area. This works great on elbows and feet, but it can also be used on cheeks and forehead
