MY OLD JEANS

It is so amazing to always surf the internet about different topics or life styles it increases our knowledge alot, it gives me also to know about how things r changing everyday in different fields i love to share whatever new things i get or tips concerning almost anything. and that helps to be more creative about my own stuff

my ideas about how to makeover our house or clothes or old stuff at home are many, actually i dont even know to start with what......!

but then i dont get rid of many old thing i hve as i can remodel it or change it to totally a new thing that i can enjoy.....

if i hve anld jeans i wont cut it to be a short as usual here something i can do it my self or let a tailor help me with......i can make a handbag out of it like cutting off the jeans using the upper part where the zip and button and pockets shown as a new handbag style and cut like a broad stripe and choose the length that suits meand stich it from both sides.
i can even stich it myself.....also adding some colors by using fabric colors and some shiny work to it also can make it a special handbag that im sure will be one of its kind coz u will develop it according ur own style ....its SO SIMPLE just keep this idea in mind .....
dont throw the rest of the jeans as we can use it in many aother things ill post it later in my NEW IDEAS cateogory

HOMEMADE FACIAL MASKS

THREE CHOICES
*Depending on your skin type, here are some great masks to try. For oily skin use some plain Milk of Magnesia, rub it on and let dry, then rinse with lukewarm water. It absorbs oil wonderfully!

*For Normal/combination skin mix one egg and 1/2 cup cooked instant oatmeal and a teaspoon olive oil until smooth. Spread on your face and leave 15 min then rinse.

*For dry skin, mix one egg yolk, one teaspoon honey and a teaspoon olive oil and some vitamin E oil if you have it. Smooth on and leave on for 15 min. , rinse in lukewarm water and pat dry. If your skin is a bit dry you can put a dab or two of either olive oil, or any other light oil, or plain crisco if you want something heavier, on your moist skin after washing or a mask and your face is set without the $$ some people spend for the same look.

HONEY FOR BEST FACIAL
The best facial mask that i have found is honey. Use warm cloth to open pores, smear on honey, leave on 15 to 30 minutes, rinse off with warm water, and then use cold water to close pores. Use for 3 days in a row and then once a week. Sometimes I mix a little gound oatmeal with the honey, which makes a great mask.

EXFOLIATING MASK
For an easy exfoliating mask, mix three tablespoons olive oil or any good oil and one tablespoon kosher salt mix and gently rub into dry skin. Do not use around eye area. This works great on elbows and feet, but it can also be used on cheeks and forehead

For color treated hair

Color treated hair has special needs and good care is good sense for any hair type. Follow these professional suggestions to keep your hair looking it's best!

* Be careful in the sun. Try to use hats, scarves or products with sunscreens to help protect against color fade and the drying effects of the sun.
*Great for the beach, leave-in conditioners generally contain sunscreens to protect against color fade.
*Shampoo gently with a shampoo specially created for color-treated hair. More aggressive shampooing can strip color or dry out hair.
*Condition regularly with an intensive conditioner to restore vital moisture and
luster to color treated hair.
*Use color enhancing conditioners as color grows out to help blend root areas.
*Do not wrap in a towel turban when you get out of the shower with wet hair. The added friction can knot and damage vulnerable wet hair. Instead, carefully blot hair dry.
*Don't brush hair when wet. Comb with a wide-tooth comb, working tangles out as you move from the ends toward the scalp.
*Don't overdry. When you blow dry, dry the hair until it is almost, but not completely, dry. Leave some moisture in to prevent static.
*Use care when styling. When using styling appliances, use thermal protectant for maximm protection. Avoid aggressive manipulation of the hair.
* Use hairspray or spritz with moisturizers and sunscreens to finish the hair. These products will provide continual protection throughout the day.
* Don't spray lightening agents or put lemon juice in your hair.
* Support your style with a perm. Just because you have color treated hair doesn't mean you can't have a perm. In fact, a perm specially formulated for color treated hair can add wonderful body, fullness and texture to complement your color.
